This seed mix contains no filler. Most Commercial bird feed conatins a large portion of wheat to bulk it up. Most birds wont eat the wheat and will toss it onto the ground. Wheat also attracts bigger birds such as pigeons and blackbirds, which will scare away the garden birds.
